From Forest to Table – Southern Estonian flavours

Flavours campaign “From Forest to Table“, the visitor can enjoy dishes from the special menu in South Estonian restaurants, which use Estonian forest products as at least one component and which largely consist of local ingredients.

The aim of the event is to increase the number of visitors during low season, to draw attention to the unique food culture of the region and to highlight local raw ingredients.
