Mulgi porridge workshop

Mulgi porridge is a traditional Estonian food that has been added to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage List!

We are waiting for you at Muri Manor in the heart of Mulgimaa to prepare authentic mulgi porridge together, just as it has been made for generations. We will learn about the history of mulgi porridge and review the ingredients. Then, we will cook the porridge on the warmth of a wood stove!

During the cooking process, we will also share other porridge cooking tips, and when the mulgi porridge is ready, we will sit together at the table and savor the food we made together.

At the end of the workshop, you will have the recipes and the knowledge to make this dish at home!
